Cave a’ Vin is a Florida statewide licensed and insured contracting company that is capable of building any kind of wine cellar, sauna or humidor imaginable. We are glad to offer our services to a wide range of clients. Being a full service capable company, we can build anything from a beautiful wine closet and humidor drawer in your home, a warm and wonderful sauna or construct a large complex wine room or humidor for a large collector, or restaurant. Cave a’ Vin can supply and install the mechanical, electrical, and all finishes for the completed project. Our wine cellars range in style from contemporary and sleek, to rustic Tuscan, and anything in between.

Cave a’ Vin is able to have broad capabilities because it is owned by two people with extensive backgrounds in custom quality finish construction. One owner has been building fine cabinetry, wine rooms, saunas and humidors for more than 20 years, and the other is a licensed building contractor who specializes in designing and building custom homes.

Craig has always loved working on fine cabinetry and furniture. He started working towards a business in fine carpentry in 1991. He began his career building high quality furniture and built ins for area decorators and designers. In 1999, he was hired by an international wine cellar and humidor company. They flew him around the world to build some of the finest cellars and humidors on other continents. In 2008 Craig started his own business building wine cellars and humidors for homeowners, builders and restaurants in the Tampa Bay Area. Craig wanted to grow his business, so he teamed up with Paul Wiezorek, and they began Cave a’ Vin, a full service wine cellar and humidor company.

Paul began his career in the home building business in the late 80’s working for an Architect in downtown Annapolis, Maryland. In 1990, Paul graduated University of Maryland with a degree in Urban Planning. After graduation he worked for several other nationally recognized, and small custom home builders. Paul received his Florida contractor’s license, and started his own custom home building company in 2011. He met Craig Taylor in 2009 while Craig was installing a wine cellar for a customer. He appreciated Craig’s skill and integrity. Paul and Craig decided to start Cave a’ Vin to take advantage of Craig’s capabilities of managing the installation of fine wine cellars, and Paul’s expansive knowledge of luxury home construction.
